| Agents Right of Entry The owner or an authorized repairman may enter the premises at any time in order to inspect, repair, and maintain the unit and in order to confirm that the unit is being used in accordance with the terms of these policies. |
| Occupancy Occupants receive no interest in real property, but merely acquired a license to use the condominium to the right of crowcreekrental.com to change accommodations up to and including the date of arrival. The term "occupant" or "occupants" as used in this Agreement includes the registered guest and all other persons who occupy the condominium. |
| Cancellation Policy Deposit of 50% is due within 14 days of reservation confirmation. Cancellations received 30 days or fewer to arrival are subject to forfeiture of the entire amount. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure dates. Individuals shall not be relieved of any portion of their reservation due to weather, flight cancellations or any travel related or other issues which may arise and which are not under control of the crowcreekrental.com. If a refund is due, payments will be made by method payment was received. |
| CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES Check-in at 4:00 P.M.; check-out at 10:00 A.M. Please do not ask to make exceptions since these times allow our housekeeping department to professionally clean your unit prior to the entry of our next guest. |
| Rates Rate includes a $75 cleaning fee per stay. |
| Pet Policy Pets are strictly prohibited. NO EXCEPTIONS. |
| Repairs Occupant is liable for any damages to the premises and to the furnishings, equipment, and household items therein which during occupancy, excluding normal wear and tear. Please report any damages to your unit during your stay before departure. |
| Terms and Conditions Condominium is independently owned. The nature of this relationship is that we cannot completely control the use of the accommodations we manage. Although problems are rarely encountered, we must reserve the right to change accommodations up to and including the day of your arrival. The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of the guests actual arrival or departure. crowcreekrental.com is committed to being a good neighbor, and asks that you be considerate of those who are living near your unit. Unfortunately, from time to time some occupants disturb their neighbors, by creating excessive noise, smoke, or other nuisances. crowcreekrental.com expressly reserves the right to terminate, at any time, your occupancy of your unit, and to evict you from the unit, in the event that complaints are lodged which indicate that you are disturbing the neighbors. In that event, you will also forfeit all monies previously paid to crowcreekrental.com. |
